Insane vintage 1990s versatile piece from Jean Paul Gaultier. As shown here in the photos, this beauty can be worn as a poncho/cape, strapless dress, or skirt. Gorgeous paisley print throughout in stunning autumnal colors. Exposed, fuzzy mustard overlock stitching at top. Multicolor woolen fringe trims the entire bottom, which features a handkerchief style hem.
